100% Mortgaging Home Buyers

A 100% mortgage was the way to go for our mortgage, we were a young couple and first time buyers so we were both a bit worried if there was a mortgage out there for us, it was only when we spoke to MP that we found out about 100% mortgages.

The best advice I can give is to make sure that you have a good chat to the guys at mortgageplus to find out all the options that are avaliable to you, i belive that there are different plans for 100% mortgages.

My new home has just been sorted out and my daughter is about to apply for hyers going through the same channels and the same agent.

Now my mortgage is arranged and I've started to pay the monthly payments I can't belive that I waited so long to buy from first property, it was setup within weeks and the guy who delt with my 100% mortgage was very helpful. If you need advice of someone to talk about your new home they speak to these guys.

I wasnt to sure which location would be best to buy a propert but telling the guy at Mp he pointed out a few places that seemed good for me and I applied for my 100% mortgage. I moved into my new place about a month ago and things couldn't be running any better, I have a low mortgage repayment each month which really help with my monthly outgoings.

Finding a place in the city can be a hard task as they seem to get snapped up very quickly but if you get yourself on the right mailing list you are in for a chance of seeeing th places as soon as they come onto the market, I was on the mortgage plus mailing list and I managed to find myself a new flat in the heart of the city. I did a 100% mortgage for my flat and its worked out perfectly.

Being low on cash like must young couples are we thought that we would really struggle to obtain a good mortgage rate for us, we came into the office at mortgage plus and spoke to one of the agent and he put our minds at ease. We followed his directions and within a month we have a 100% mortgage agreement, we are now searching for a place to live.

There are some mortgage companies out there that really do take the biscuit but I was very happy with the service from here. You answered the phone very quickly and always came back with an answer to my questions. Being a first time buyer there were a lot of questions that I needed answered
