First Time Home Buyers Ireland Interest Rate

I have found that the interest rates, Ireland lenders are offering are quite competitive. However, I have found that some lenders have a slightly higher interest rate than others. I have not had time to go through all the lenders in Ireland to see where I would get the best interest rate. I found Mortgage Plus online and made a decision to let them do all the work and then give me a final decision. I am a busy investor that spends his time looking for properties to buy and I do not have a lot of time to spend looking around for the lender.

Interest rates, Ireland residents will find out fluctuate so much. I was not having any luck finding a lender that can keep me the lowest interest rate that would allow me to make money without charging high rental rates. Since this was an investment property, I wanted to have somebody rented that could afford to pay what I was asking, but I wanted to make a monthly profit as well. The only way this is going to be possible is if I found low interest rates. Ireland is a big country and for me to contact all these lenders myself was impossible.

Mortgage Plus was very helpful in finding me a lender that had low interest rates. Ireland interest rates can change from day to day, but I was able to lock in on interest rate I could afford. Sometimes it is hard to find time to do the things that are important, but having a company that can do the work for you and choose the right lender is very important in my line of work. I will continue to use Mortgage Plus for all of my investments and I plan to do some re-mortgage financing in the near future with Mortgage Plus.
