First Mortgage Help Advice Ireland

I was really looking for find some good help with my first mortgage and the guys down at Mp came to my rescue, they provided me with tons of information that I should have already known. I wasn't really sure what type of mortgage would be good for me or what amount of deposit I should pay towards the property. My Contact at MP pointed me in the correct direction and showed me that the best type of home loan for me was a Current Account Mortgage. I put down a 15% deposit which made my monthly repayment amount much lower as the loan itself was smaller, this really was the best way for me. I could have gone for other repayment options but I feel this one worked out best for me now but I could always change it or remortgage in the future if things change.

I needed first mortgage help and you guys really gave me what I needed, I would probably still be trying to work things out if you hadn't of helped me. I didn't even realize that there were so many different mortgages to choose from. Just by sitting down and talking to your mortgage consultant for 20 min's I knew things were going to be easier from now on. After a few days I had all of my forms filled in and was waiting for the mortgage lenders to come back with offers. Thanks again.

The first mortgage help that your consultants gave me was fantastic, any questions that I had were answered very quickly and they answered in a way I could understand. Buying a home has been one of the most life changing things I've ever done and I wouldn't have been able to do it as smoothly without your help. I had only seen that you could do 100% mortgages from an advert in the paper and this was good for me as I have no saving to place down as a deposit. Thanks again

As I was only earning a very small amount each month I had no choice but to go for the interest only mortgage which turned out to be a good option. We worked it out that after my ages were a bit higher each month that I could change my mortgage loan type and start paying it all back. I only purchased a small flat on the edge of town but it fills my needs perfectly.

If you ever need help with any mortgage advice then I suggest that you speak to these guys as they seemed to know allot more than anyone else out there that I spoke too. I only spent 30 min's with your consultant and we had already chosen the best option for me and the forms were all filled out to send to the mortgage lenders. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all.

I'd like to take this time to thank Ken and his team of consultants who helped me secure my new home for me and my growing family, with one baby already here and another on the way me and my wife really needed this to go smoothly and quickly and that's what you guys did for us. If you require first mortgage help then these are the best guys to speak to in Ireland, I have tried a few mortgage brokers and some seemed to just not care or even want to help you with your requirements. I just don't understand how some companies keep going when they are so crap at customer support.

If you are like me and require first mortgage help, then you have stumbled upon the best place for that! Saying mortgage plus helped me and got a great deal is an understatement. They are simply the best mortgage company in Ireland, thats all that has to be said! Don't just take my word for it, ask other people who have used them! Fantastic.
