First Time Buyers Mortgages No Deposit

Getting a mortgage wasn't the horror story we were made to believe it was, I still can't believe how quickly you guys managed to arrange everything for me, being a First Time Buyer was fun.

Allot of our friends have rich parents who helped them pay the Deposit on their first mortgage but not all of us are that lucky. I decided to rent a house first to try and save some money for a deposit but as rent is so high I didn't save more and 500 Euros. I then though the best thing to do would be speak to you guys at mortgage plus and see what direct or plan you thought I should take. To my delight you told me about the no deposit mortgages that are available on the market and that this is how you think i should take things forward. You may think that because your cash flow is a bit tight and you are unable to come up with a deposit for your first home that you cannot get on the property ladder but you can. Me and my partner had no chance of saving up a deposit but I spoke to the guys down at mortgage plus anyhow to see what they said and to my amazement there is a 100% mortgage available to First Time Buyers. I never knew there was such a thing. We sign our contract a few weeks later and we are now hunting for a new home in Ireland.

We were a newly wed couple and as you can imagine money was very tight but we had managed to save a few thousand to put down as a deposit on our first home. The amount we had saved wasn't really going to make a big difference to our mortgages repayments so we decided to keep the money we had for home improvements and get a 100% mortgage which is only for First Time Buyers which we were.

We are now paying 500 euros a month and we are creating a better future for us.

I had been offered a new job in Ireland and I didn't want to move over here and only rent, this was a great time for me to get on the property ladder. Me and my new family are now living in our first home and my new job is perfect.

We are now 6 month in to our mortgage repayment plan and with the low rate the people at mortgage plus got us we are financially sound, I think most people get scared as they think the monthly re-mortgage payments we be through the roof but if you get the best rates and the best type of 100% mortgage you will ok. Its great to not be losing money on renting a property now but putting the monthly payments towards a better future for me and my family.

If you go through MP you know that you will have a mortgage through one of the biggest lenders in Ireland, this means that the deal you decide on will be of the best rate and at the lowest monthly payment plan possible. I couldn't believe how low my monthly charge was. Even if you haven't got a deposit to put down you can still get a 100% mortgage.

I was pretty much skint when it came to having any savings, when renting it really drains all your cash each month and I found it very hard to save anything at all, the only lump sum of cash I had coming was my deposit that I had in the current place but that was still only 1200 Euros, not really enough for a deposit on a mortgage. It was only when I spoke to Mick from MP that I knew there was such a thing as a 100% mortgage, as soon as I knew I had the guys there arrange a mortgage for me and my wife. My wife is currently pregnant with our first child so this happened at just the right time.

I never thought finding a mortgage was so easy until i found mortgage plus! Theyre service was excellent, quick and responsive and i found an outstanding deal with them, deffinitly the best mortgages company in ireland.
