First Time Buyers Mortgaging

Its so easy when you are a First Time Buyer to get a bit carried away when buying your first property. When i was a first time buyer I was suddenly looking at places that where way over my budget but I soon came back down to earth with a bang after I had worked out the monthly repayments. It's best that you create yourself a limit and make sure that you don't go over it.
