New Property 100% Mortgage Buyers

We could not be more happy with our new property, you guys where great and we will be defo using you in the future. We are very happy first time buyers.

Due to the current rise in house prices I wanted to get on the ladder as soon as I can so I went to speak to the guys at mortgage plus. I had been told by friends and family that they are the best mortgages consultants in Ireland.
I was put through to a guy Named Ken who was very helpful and answered all of my questions and gave me any information that I was seeking. He pointed me in the direction of a 100% mortgages that is only for First Time Buyers and this option suited me down to the ground.
My new property is just what I was looking for and I'm already having an extension built on the side as my monthly payments are very low.

I never though that i would be able to afford a brand new property specially as I didn't have a deposit to put down, My first thoughts were that I would only be able to afford a 100% mortgage as I was a First Time Buyers and new to the market. I collected all the information that I felt I would need and started the ball rolling. I got my of my information from MP and they gave me as much help as I need if not more. The day I was signing my contract and getting my keys I was so excited I nearly cried, my first property and it was brand new, it was a fantastic feeling.

I can't say enough about how good and professional MP were while dealing with my mortgage. The Help and support they gave me was amazing and I had a great timer working with them during this normal stressful time. I don't really remember being stressed out during any of the time while waiting for my mortgage offer to go through, it all happened so fast and easy. The property I purchased is a 2 bedroom detached house down a very nice street close to where I work so things couldn't be any better for me.

AMAZING, that's the only word I can use to describe the service I got my mortgage plus. I want to take this time to thank you and all of your staff for helping me fill my dream. I'm now living in a very large 3 bedroom property that is just what I was looking for. The idea of going for a 100% mortgage and not paying a deposit was a good idea and you made me see sense. You work with some of the biggest mortgage lenders and this allowed you to offer us the best rate on the market to date.

I'm not going to mention any names but the first mortgage company I used put me through hell and it wasn't until I spoke to friends and family that I heard about mortgages plus, they had an office based in Dublin just around the corner from me so i paid them a visit.
It was such a weight off my mind knowing that I was now dealing with a ethical and professional company and all the previous stress I had was gone.

I have recently sold my home to a,lovely couple who had their mortgage arranged by your company and they kept telling me how good you were to them so i have decided to try you when I move at the end of this year. It's the 18th of July 2007 and me and my wife have just picked up the keys to our new 4 bedroom house and we are so excited. We want to send big hugs and kisses to all you down at the office for all the fantastic help you gave us, There was a big battle going on with the property that we wanted but with your help we won the bidding war and got our perfect home.
I know that if we ever need to remortgage or move again we will be coming to speak to you guys.

Just the thought of buying a new property scared me as I could remember all the hassle that I went through the last time, I must admit that I really didn't bother to shop around thought to find a good mortgage broker, it was only when a friend of mine told me about Mortgage Plus that I decided to try them and I'm very happy that I did. It can be hard to find a good estate agent so you should shop around till you find the perfect one for your needs, we found our using MP and would now never go to another.

We are so excited about buying a new property, we have lived in our current home for 10 years and feel its time we moved on to a bigger and better place. We would love to have a double garage in the new property and maybe even a swimming pool. Allot of our current mortgage has been paid off so we will be able to afford a much nicer place to live. its going to be a good idea for us to try and get a 20 year mortgage instead of a 25 so the interest repayment is lower. It took us a while to find the perfect new property for me and my husband. After living in our previous property for all of my childrens life, now that they have moved out, we were looking for something closer into the irish countryside. Most of our mortgage was paid off so we hoping to find a great deal on the internet for our new property. Luckily we heard about mortgage plus from a few friends, they quoted us with a great mortgage, the best deal we could find!
