1. Approval In Principal

Before you start the search to find the house of your dreams you need to know what you can afford and therefore what your price range. So the first step is to you arrange an appointment with your Mortgage plus consultant. We will then search through the lenders on the market to find out what is the most we can get for you. Armed with that information you will then be able to decide where you can afford.
