Once a home is found, they will make sure that you find out all the details about the home before you put your mortgage forward to buy the property.

The agent you hire will search through a huge database of all the properties for sale in your local areas or chosen areas, they will also check the local school and activities. They will check on the property taxes that you will need to pay.
